stock trailers
I am think'n of getting another cattle trailer and am look'n at alot of different companys trailers. like stroll, goose neck, neckover, sooner, eby & trails west. I have never seen a trails west stock trailer but looking at it on their site it looks like a good trailer they are called (hotshot) cattle trailers . does anyone here own a trails west hotshot stock trailer or know anything about them.
I've pulled one, very nice heavy built trailer, if I can ever afford it thats what i'll buy for a small trailer. I prob be stuck just buying an old used 36' though, new big trailers are just to expensive for what I put them through.
This is what I really want

I have a 2002 24'x7' sooner that has done very well with no problems but when I get a new one it will be a 24'x8' EBY without a doubt. The EBY Ruffneck is the stoutest trailer on the market. I think the 4 star trailers are will built also.
I've pulled a couple of trails west trailers and they are all pretty nice. I've seen the hot shot trailers, never pulled one though, and they look well built just like the other trails west trailers
they're pretty heavy, overpriced, and really arn't well built for a cowboy, if your jus over the road use you'll be fine, but if you get to where you take it through the pasture that sucker will fall apart way fast.
My thoughts exactly! I have pulled a 28foot EBY roughneck extra wide many times. Loved it! Best wagon on the market IMHO.
