drawstraw
waz up,i just installed my airdog 150 and was wondering if there are any benifits to using the drawstraw in the kit or buying the new kit that fits in the stock basket, also does any know where to get the same type of fittings that come w/ the airdog i dont like the way the 90 comes off the vp44 , it blocks the cap on the power steering.
Well, The 90 pushlock shouldnt be anywhere close to the PS res. If you use the -8 to -8 elbow it will touch. Those fittings can be found at napa! The draw straw gives better fuel flow and less room for restriction. It's not required but if your module were to crack you would have fuel issues!
sorry, accually the blue fuel line coming off the 90 pushlock sits almost dead center over the pump cap unless i point it up.i was thinkin either an -8 to -8 adapter or a -8 120 to go around it or maby im just being **** about it.
I wonder if they've changed there 90's I've always just used the 90's, Lines & fittings i keep in stock and save the install kit and hose.
If thats the case why not use -8 to -8 and THEN the 90 to miss the powersteering.
