Default General Grabber A/T's

Anyone had any experience with these tires? They have almost identical tread to the BFG TA KO's, for only $850 mounted and balanced compared to the BFG's for $1100.

Yeah, I don't think Generals are as good as BF Goodriches...
They're cheaper, and that's probably why Ford uses them on stock trucks. You can't really beat a TA KO.

I was really getting my hopes up that I found a less expensive set of tires without paying $1100. I guess you are right, you get what you pay for. Any other feedback on Nitto Terra Grapplers or the Big O brand A/T compared to the BFG TA KO's?

I do a little towing pulling tractors, hay, and such. Like I said I havent had a problem with them. I kept them rotated and that is the key thing I guess.

I use to run 305 Nittos on my 02 F-350
I loved them!
I went up to a BFG AT KO 315/70R17 H2 takeoffs for a great price.
I wore them out in only 30K miles
I am happy with them, but looking to replace them with some more aggressive AT's, like the Cooper STT's

we just put the nitto terra graplers on 2 of our fire trucks. one is a ford excursion, it absolutely wanders all over the road now compared to the old bfg's we also put them on our 2500hd chevy and it rides fine so i dunno?
