not without serious rubbage, 305/75R16's are the biggest i've seen on a stock 2500HD and they rubbed pretty bad with the stock wheels, so any wider wheel with a different offset is usually going to rub even worse, 285/75's are pretty standard on em with little to no rubbing
you can get 35's but it all depends on backspacing and width of the tires.
if they are too big crank up the tortion bars, or you can cut the fenders a little bit.

Just cranking the t-bars and triming the plastic inner finder wells, I started out with the 285/75-16 on stock PYO's, then went to 305/50-20, now I have 305/55-20. Once they are trashed I'm going to the 285/70-17 on H2 Hummer wheels.
them 20 in tires get expensive dont they
