Angry List of codes after EGR blocker

I'm pretty new when it comes to the Duramax but I'm definitely not new to diesels but I need some insight here.

I've been haunting around and haven't found much that helps me diagnose whats going on. I'm hoping someone has come across this string of codes before and can point me in the right direction....

So here's what I have going on. Everything started after I installed the EGR block-off plate (had a P0403 code so I cleaned the EGR and intake before installing it).
I also run a Bullydog Tripple Dog (tow/econ setting mainly) but thats it for mods. As of right now.

So I'm getting:

P0401 - Insufficient EGR flow - Knew that one and no big deal - need to fingerstick it
P003a x2 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Not Learned (just learned what that code was a few mins ago)
P0108 - Manifold Pressure Circuit High Imput
P0700 - Transmission control system (MIL request)
P0234 - Overboost (not suprized)

I've noticed is that from a stop the truck is throwing quite abit of smoke and sometimes won't shift. It hits about 2800 rpm and just seems hang there. Like its running out of boost.
Also I've noticed a new noise out of the turbo. Kinda like something flapping when you let off the skinny pedal from WOT....... Goes whoop, whoop, whoop. If you know that sound LOL

I've already checked the boots on the boost tube and other than being soft all appears well....

Any ideas??

You mean a fingerstick from Kennedy Diesel?? From my understanding that just keeps from the ECM from throwing the P0401 code and setting the SES light. My LBZ is an FE9 emissions truck so the 401 code doesnt set the SES.

I thought thats all it did......???? Am I wrong??

That was my original understanding from PPE on Stevens truck. The truck kept limping until they sent me an egr delete. I know it's not the same problem, Just mentioning. I'll see what I cant find out later this evening. Dan over at PPE is one of the most knowledgeable guys I've ever met when it comes to the Duramax. Not saying that Mcrat and all the well known Socal guys are not, but Dan is all about his customer and helping you, You might give him a call!

YES...you NEED the Finger Stick if you're going to mod or block off the EGR. It fools the ECM into thinking the EGR system is operating and sends the proper mapping signals. You're going to continue having problems with your truck until you either install the FS or remove the blocker plate. BTW- the FS is cheap and easy to install.
