Goofy Volkswagen TDI commercial.

 

i gotta admit my passat is pretty fun to drive even though its a medium sized sedan

 

I just saw that commercial. Were you watching CSI? Ill have to show a guy at work that one, he has a Prius and says it gets the best MPG of any car sold.

Haha, I had to laugh a bit when i saw this commercial on TV.

The Jetta TDI's are even more fun lighter car with the same size engine.
We have a ton of people with them locally and they blab about the ugly little pigmy's non stop, they freak out when I show them my fuel receipts for our junker firefly We built it from parts out of five different cars that were in the local junkyard, cost us less the $500 to build.
Agreed they freak out when you tell the mileage the little TD, and econoboxes can get in the real world.
A turd by any other name would still smell just as bad

 

The Prius is the ultimate symbol of hypocrisy. It does more damage to the environment to create and dispose of the vehicle than it does to build, drive, and dispose of a V8 Mustang.

 

I just have to laugh at them... I work in an area with Million $$ home.. these people would not be caught dead in a little toyota echo, sentra etc... but as soon as the prius became the yuppi car to have they all bought them.... and garaged their Benzes and bmw's..

If you ask them they tell you they are cleaning the environmet for their kids...

ha ha ha.. it more like I want people to think I care about the environment...
