Default wire color code for high beams

i want to hook up some off road driving lights that will go on and off with the high beams on my 07.5. i'm just trying to better spot the deer on some of the farm back roads. i run about 90 miles on them every night and there are deer all over the place.

I'm not sure what the color code is, but if it were me, I'd wire them independent of my headlights. My reasoning for this is should you ever have a headlight failure, you're able to get home using your driving lights.
An easy way to check and see which wire is your brights is to unplug one of the headlights, and probe the plug with your high beams on.
I just looked in the '06 service manual. Not sure if the colors will be the same, but it's worth a shot.
Driver's side high beam is :WT/LG (I'm guessing LG is light green)
Passenger side is: WT/GY Should be white with a gray stripe.
Hope that helps.

thanks i'll take a look. i'm using piaa back up lights and when installed they have a switch that turns them on either with the backup/high beams or flick the switch and they work independently of the lights. i'll use a test light on the plug just to make sure.
