Boy Howdy.....I'd pay twice to go on that ride.

I love big water, but that boat appears to be very underpowered, and subsequently stuck in the trough with not enough snort to power out of it......

I'll bet she lost a few engines or her bridge took a wave that knocked out controls or something. Too much going on there to be a fully operational boat.
