Default Leaky CP3?

anybody ever had their CP3 leak on them? its hard to describe but ill try to get a pic up. but looking underneath the engine at the bottom of the cp3 it looks like the main housing which is dark grey is bolted up to the lighter grey housing. (the lighter grey is closer to the radiator. it seems to be dripping slightly when idling and i imagine its worse running down the road cause everything underneath is slick with fuel. its been doing it probably since i put my injectors in, but i didnt notice it cause the whole truck smelled like fuel from the swap.

ima try to tighten the bolts on the housing and see what that does, but if anyone has any info that would be awesome.

thanks guys!

Might be because the CP3 is having to keep up with the injectors, the MP-8 and the Edge. Ever thought about possibly adding another CP3??

i dont know if this is something i can fix or just wait till money comes in for an upgrade/2nd pump

I have seen this a couple of times. Not sure what causes it or not but the dealer has replaced several that i know of. Being that your modded makes it a little different. Time for an upgrade.

Mine leaked, and I had to replace it myself (modded truck). It leaked from the back of the CP3.

Went with an Industrial Injection CP3 and never looked back.
