I know some of you have seen this but I thought I would share with those who have not seen it yet...
this is my DIY 5" turbo back exhaust with a 7" black miter stack.
I need to get some better pics



a small sound clip too....

I really love the sound it is not as loud as I thought it would be!?!?!?!?!?

My homemade stack clamp had slipped a little in the pics and that is why the stack is not quit level with the cab
I had to add a pipe hanger to fix the sliding....

Love the vid...your mega seems to have a lot more turbo whistle than mine...is it from under the hood, or are you getting it out the stack...

All the whistle comes from the intake I built.(DIY link in my sig)....it was even louder before the stack!! but the stack kinda drowns out some of the whistle now....the vid does not do the stack or intake justice they both sound WAY better in person
it's all homemade intake and it's pretty dang cheap to build.

do you have a muffler on that or is that straight pipe?.....sounds quieter then my 4" straight pipe

 

I gutted the cat and moved it to the back right before the turn up to the bed.... and thats it...
I cut the ends off the cat to make it fit my 5" pipe...worked great and looks stock
