Convert Ford E350 10cyl to Diesel??
Hi,
I have a Ford Econoline 350 motor home conversion (Airstream Thor 190, 8,000+ lbs), 10 cyl that I would like to swap the engine for a diesel. I'm currently pulling a 16' car hauler and the gas mileage is killing me (5.5 mpg) Any direction, information, tips would be greatly appreciated. Help!

Seen a million F series , Jeeps , Suburbans ,S-10 , Dakota and a monte carlo But so not a van.
