Maine's lift laws expired i think last year.. i been seeing a bunch of lifted trucks around.

before the laws where kinda sketchy. no B/L's they are junk any way..
and the truck could only be so many inches off the ground. one inspection station said it had to be measured from the bottom of the door, an other said it had to be taken from the bottom of the bumper, then an other said it was from the bottom of the lowest point of the frame.. so i dunno??? i was confused on that one..

even though we we don't have lift laws. we do have a law if you have ABS you can't change tire size. i have 2 sizes over no one has ever noticed and i have no problems

also the tired can not stick out past the wheel wells. easily cured with flairs

in pa your truck can get pretty high before they get on your ***. i think the law says here that your BUMPER has to be in a certain range. which i guess makes sense. if someone break checks you and you don't get stoped, you could run right over them with out a bumper. i have seen plenty of trucks with 8-12 inches under them. and here latley we havent much snow at all, but still cold. so you could move on down here plenty of fields to put a house on, that seems to be the going thing around here.
