im currently in the process of building a twin ram air intake system out of 3" exhaust pipe. my question is would it be smart to run dual heater grids in it for my winter months and spacers in the summer months

 

i wouldnt think it would be necessary to run two, them things would be pullin massive amps and i just think it would be overkill

 

well thats what i was thinking would it be better to run it in the front or back?

 

IDK if it would make a difference i would just leave it right about where it is stock that way you dont have to extend your wires for it

 

oh ya i have to move the intake forward to compensate for the rear intake

if you want they wont be near as expensive as they are on the internet $600 is way out of proportion i might be able to make mine for under $100

My set up does have the grid heater in each spacer under the intake.
