Default HOS regs

So whats the deal with the latest HOS regs? Still 11/14/10/34?? I have read about the courts finding it illegal, but have they reverted back to the old rules?

I havent had to play with a log book sence my accident, and now I got a run going to WV the end of this week, so figured id better be up to speed before I go pretending to be a super trucker again.

Still the same:

Hours-of-Service Regulations - Effective October 1, 2005 - Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration

There is talk of a change...particularly with NAFTA and the Canadian/Mexican HOS being so much different, but like anything else the government does, expect it to take forever and not make sense when they do it.
