Arrow my diesel vibrates , wont boost or 14psi, leaks oil

okay first my truck vibrates i bought about 9months ago and it vibrated a little they said it was the tires, wrong! so 7months down the road i was told it was the trannsmission and by the way before i got the tranny done it was still shifting into all gears but i was also leaking a little oil thought it was rear main, ok so anyways i took to tranny shop and the guy checked it out said the vibration was torque converter shutter and it was leaking oil from rear main he said we can fix it, okay so they had my truck in shop for 2weeks and i got back and guess what it still vibrated and it was worse and the oil was worse as well so,
here is my diagnoses it vibrates in 3and4 grear under 2000rpm and smoothes out over 2000rpm and the truck doesnt leak oil when driving only when you let it sit and run
and also my turbo wont boost over 14psi and i even have and edge programmer please help guys i know this is alot but i really need some help thanks

did you check all your ball joints, wheel bearings to make sure they were still good and didnt have excessive wear

yeah all that stuff is good its coming from the drivetrain or somthing when i press on the gas under 2000 rpm in 3rd and 4th gear it vibrates the crap out of my truck but as soon as i get over to grand it smoothes out

check your u joints on the driveshaft that can make a vehicle shake like a mother, you'll need to get the weight off the rear end and then check the u joints

okay i think it might need ujoints and maybe a carrier bearing but also i was told that the bad vibration could be a IDM module and it was missing and that could be the cause of the vibration and also it doesnt have and power like my friends does even with the programmer turned all the way up it wont boost past 14psi and when you take the programmer off its a complete dog and there is alot turbo lag with tuner and more off
its just not running to full potetial right now i have full 5in exhaust from turbo back with about an 8in muffler and an edge programmer

im no expert on the powerstrokes, but this i do know under neath the valve covers there is the injector harness and they have been known to work loose, that could be the problem....the boost thing is either you have a huge leak somewhere between the turbo and the intake manifold...check all your intercooler boots and make sure the clamps are tight and also check your intercooler doesnt have any holes in it, it might be kind of hard to check that real good with it in the truck but you get the idea...thats about all i can think of right now for that

I would make sure your driveshaft isn't damage, I once hit my driveshaft with a boulder I was going over, and my truck would shake bad, Get some one with a superduty to let you use their driveshaft & then you will find out if it's the shaft ??
