anyone else order from laguna speed and have your parts on backorder and the money has been taken from the account and not heard back for over a month? ive called over 30 times and they havent picked up once. ive tried every extention and no dice. ive sent numerous emails and got one reply saying there was a 10-12 business day backorder and guess what...its been longer than that. any advice??? anyone know how to contact laguna speed besides ther 800 number? like maybe the owner of the companys home address?

 

no havent dealt with them but that sucks had a simular prob with oc diesel but I bugged them enough they sent me parts

 

Back orders sometimes take a while. Check the website, and see if the address isn't posted there.

 

the problem isnt the backorder its the fact that i cant get a hold of them. its rediculous.

 

Good Luck , This is a good reason to buy from the vendors here , they are ran threw our viggerious testing , includes a treadmill a badger and a toothpick only 1 of 4 are lucky to make it

 

not to mention they are Mint flavored and they burn....

Yes... they do not have good customer relations, and it takes forever to ship... I bought an exhaust tip from them one time, and it took over a month to get to me.

just an update. i emailed laguna speed on sunday and said if i did not hear from them by wednesday i was complaining at the bank and they sent me the EXACT same email word for word about a 10 to 15 day backorder and today as i was getting ready to go to the bank the ups man showed up with my stuff. thats the last ill order from them.

 

Same thing happened to me about a year ago. I ordered a 3 gauge pillar from them, it did not say anything about being on back order. So after emailing them, calling and talking to them (raising he!! to them), they said it would be shipped 5 days from now, and, that went on for about a month and a half, each time they also said they couldn't refund my money until I returned the item. Every time I asked them how could I send it back when it has not even shipped to me yet?

Well finally after about 2 months later I got a package with the pillar, called them back so I could send it back and get a refund, they told me because the purchase date was past 30 days they could not give a refund.

I would NOT do business with Laguna speed again
