Default Frozen Fuel

Hey guess, i recently had a problem with my fuel freezing up. now i put the anti gel 4 days before when it got in the -'s. drove about 80 miles on it and was sitting about 3/4s of a tank. But somehow my fuel still froze. I was Talking to a buddy of mine and he asked me "is it where you fuel up have a Bio Diesel blend in it?" after telling him yeah he said that the bio diesel freezes first before the #2 fuel does. Is this true? It would make sense if it was because i had double the dosage of anti gel in the tank. (i know that really doesn't do anything but wanted to be safe)
Let me know, i switch fueling stations were there wasnt any bio diesel blend now.
thanks
Nick

This is very true. You don't want to run any bio in these colder temps. The crappy ULSD is now appearing to freeze up fast enough without it.

Most anti-gels will not work with bio-fuels.

A buddy of mine had a tank full of bio and it froze up - he added a bottle of Diesel 911 and it thawed in no time.
