Default Electronic programmers for '07 F750

I drive an '07 F750 with a 230hp 5.9l common rail cummins, at work. Is there any kind programmer out there for this kind of set up. I've got access to cummins In-Site program, but I can't get a token in order to change the programming. This truck has the 6 speed allison, and weighs 25,900 on a good day. It's a little under powered.

I've got access to Cummins' Insight and I have the newest Incal cd. Normally I have to call cummins to get a token to flash ECMs, but I can't get them to give me one for my truck.
