The 90 G60 on top, you just swap in a bigger plant?

 

The G60 is a Gas engine. I converted the car to Diesel Items that have to be modified/swapped to preform the swap:

Modify the gas tank to fit the larger Nozzel
Swap Evaporators to allow for the tdi a/c lines
had a custom a/c line built between the condensor and compressor
swap the gas pedal cluster for a Psaat TDI pedal cluster (drive by wire)
Swap the instrument cluster and its wiring
Swap the engine bay harness (I used a Passat harness because the passat's firewall hoes match the Corrado more then the mk3 Jetta)
Swapped the K-Frame for a Mk3 TDI
Swapped front sub-frame for a passat's
Used an Eco-Diesel Airbox
Built custom IC pipes and used a G60 IC
Swapped in the TDI Motor and transmission from the Donor
Deleted the 5th injector wiring from the passat harness

I also installed:
Coilovers
R32 Control arm bushings
Audi TT Wheels
Eurolights as well as all new lights all the way around
Mk3 Radio
Moonroof
Converted to 5lug
stainless steel brake lines
