I was thinking the other day, I bought my PPE for my truck last July when they first came out and I have not updated it from the BETA program that it came with.

Do you think it needs to be updated to a newer version? I am not going to do the DPF delete or anything but I am thinking there is a newer version for it.

I have contacted Dan in the past, he offered to update it for me in July but I am too lazy to actually do it if I am not certain it needs it.

 

do you know if i can get my PPE standard upgraded to the hot+2 without having to buy a whole new deal? i haven't decided on whether or not i'm gonna go with EFI Live or a hot+2 yet but if i went with PPE it'd be alot easier to get it upgraded than buying a whole new one.

 

From what I understand the Update on the PPE really isn't anything new on their unless your running deletes. EFI Live would be the way to go. Ohh yeah send that nice turbo of yours to Fleece and have it upgraded to a Cheetah 70mm it would be nice. Clean truck you got man.

I think there was 2 ECM updates and a TCM update, along with various other ones. Do you know what the last one was? This EEPROM one I think was a theft deterent ? Did u have it done? so you think it is only DFP delete ones?
