Default Fuel additive for 07

I have been reading the post and i dont really see anything for the 07. Just wondering what is a good additive since the winter is coming up. Also seen that using 2 stroke in a 07 would not be a good idea is that true.

The warning on using 2 stroke on the 07's...is for the 07 & 1/2 and up...the 6.7s do not like it.

Diesel Kleen has always done me right.

She's right... You shouldn't use 2 cycle oil in any 2007 and up vehicle at all...

But I do have a few people that going to do some testing for me on a 2007 6.7L without the EGR and DPF present. So lets see what happen then...

This is what I use, and I love it.. It works great.
Amsoil Diesel Cold Flow Improver

Scott

EDIT: My Truck is an 04.5 but the Amsoil Diesel Cold Flow Improver will work great for your 07 as well.

The best way to keep from gelling up, is run a winter blend. Either a 50/50 or 75/25 ratio of #1 and #2 fuel, plus some 2 stroke oil for lube.
