Default IF YOU COULD ONLY OWN ONE HUNTING RIFLE CALIBER, WHICH IS IT?

I guess we could call this installment #2 of the mini-series started by our very own gunman41mag.

Just hunting...no firefights, no battles, no snipers. Just hunting, plain and simple, all over the world.

If I could only have one rifle caliber.......the 375 H&H Magnum is it.

Your thoughts?

For North American game, a Remington 700, bead blasted stainless barrel and receiver, synthetic stock and chambered in .338 Win Mag with good glass (Leupold?) in the 3-12x range while still retaining the iron sights.

Word game? Same rifle, step up to .375 H&H and step down on scope power to around 2-7x with quick detach rings/bases, again, while still retaining the iron sights.

HI MR. Miyagi, The 375 H&H MAG, is the mininum caliber to hunt dangerous game in AFRICA, I think the 375 H&H is the best BIG GAME rifle !!! WHY ?? It's enough to kill anything on the planet, ammo is easy to find, and cheaper than the other BIG GAME rounds, recoil while hard, can be handle, and it's the flatest & most accurate of the BIG GAME rifles.

Ruger #1 in 338 Win Mag. The 338 can take any game in the world as long as the shooter does his/her part

30-06. remington has this ammo that you can use for small game such as a whitetail or muley. medium ammo for elk and moose. and big game ammo for bears. this is all for the 30-06. you might be a little crazy to go for bear with that rifle but if your a good shot it can be done
