Default bully dog problems

I have a bull dog 4 position chip for my 96 f-350 that i bought off of a buddie. It ran good for a while and now the switch ajust more times than normal and the *** is really lose and the chip is stuck on one position pluged up in the truck. Any sugestions on what i should do with the chip to atleast sell it??

hi , on the front of the switch there shoud be a washer with a tang that locates into the housing this may be in the wrong spot or broken . if it s broken go to a electronic shop and replace the switch or call the Bullydog tech line they are good with help. hope this well help you . Diesel Dave

pull the set screw out of the **** and pull it off. it will be easier to tighten it up.

I would call bullydog they have a great tech department, I have had issues the past with some things and they have been a great help. They also might send you what you need to fix it aswell.
