Im gona try that clay bar by Mothers then a good coat of Mcguires wax . !

Well mine to needs a good clay bar job on it, but I tried that Turtle Wax Ice the end of last year and really liked it, havent had time et but hopefully this weekend I will get to throw a good coat of wax on and see how well and how long it works

I have never waxed a vehicle in my life...........I should prolly give it a try on my 01 huh

With the new clearcoat paints, wax is more for a shinny look and thats it. Protection from the sun to avoid oxidation on the older, non clearcoat paints was important but nowday not so much so.
My 03 has never had a wax job and still looks new...gets parked outside 24/7
My 97 was 8 years old when i sold it and it too still looked new.
I'm not saying wax is a bad thing at all, just to much work and time for the little benefit you get from it.

Mothers. Used their stuff for years, and now that I can get it cheap through AMSOIL it is even better for me. I have two Mothers Polish ***** in the shop that are destined to polish my bumper as well, just gotta get around to it.

i used meguiars NXT tech wax last year......really slick stuff IMO
