Question 2003 F250 6.0 Stumbles At About 3000 RPM

Hello all,
I have been having an issue that I cant seem to figure out. 03 6.0 is starting to to stumble severly when the rpm gets around 3000 and the turbo really spools up. I have changed the oil in the truck and at appropriate level and I have taken the EGR out and cleaned all the soot from it and made sure that it wasnt rattling, I have also changed out the fuel filters both lower rail and engine topside. It doesnt stumble as much as it did before after I did all these things. I can still fill the stumble slightly. I recently had the HPOP go out and replaced by a dealer in Florida who stripped out 4 valve cover bolts and 1 oil rail bolt. My local dealer had to helio all these last week to fix the oil leak. I have put an SCT Xcal 2 programmer on it and it is not throwing any codes. Any body have any possible solutions to this issue I would greatly appreciate them. I apologize in advance if there is a thread already containing this, but I have searched through them but may not be using the right terms to find my answer.

Thanks

Does it do this with and without the SCT downloaded?

yes it does, I just last week got the programmer, and I actually was having this issue when it was set to stock. I programmed it with an economy tune and it still did it, so I changed it back and still same issues.

ok upate after doing all that work to the truck, I put the stock program back in the truck and drove it for a day and it has cleared itself of all the problems. SO would it be possible that the tunes I am loading be giving the truck fits?

Its possible to cause probelms if your SCT Tunes are the incorrect strategy code.

Since there has been no response, we will assume that this issue is fixed. If need be, this thread can be reopened.
