a guy at work got me hooked on this thing. nice little tool for $20. i carry it in my shirt pocket and have found it pretty much indispensable. it's waterproof, you can turn the light on momentarily or twist the end for full on, and mine's been dropped 1000 times and is still completely intact.

they carry them at gander mountain and battery plus in my neck of the woods.

I think ALL the Streamlight flashlights kick butt. Used to use Pelican lights quite a bit, until I found Streamlight.....much brighter and the batteries last a whole lot longer.

 

10-4 on that doc! i evolve a little slowly so i was stuck on mag lights for years but not anymore. it's streamlight or nothing now. you just can't beat 'em. literally.

 

Oh yeah, I started out on Mag Lights too (who didnt).....wish I had those $'s back. They just dont cut it, especially for work. Only reason I have a MAG in my truck is that it makes a hell of a club.... Im not even sure if the light works...

 

I have been running my stinger streamlight for 7 years now and all I have done is replace the lens...the battery is still holding a charge!! I love them.

 

We buy them wholesale.... There CHEAP but awesome!

 

I had one of these pen lights also, i use them to inspect the belts on the motors for ac units, they work so good, and its convenient that they are small too cause i can just wedge it between my hat and my skull to work on the motors inside the unit, and it is very dark in there.

But sadly mine broke while i was playing B-Ball at work, it flew out of my shirt pocket while i was going up for a dunk and landed right on the L.E.D. and mashed it inside the body.

it is now in the middle if a field cause i threw it out of frustration b/c the light only lasted me 3 weeks.

but i plan on buying another one cause they are just too good, id be a fool not to have one in my line of work

 

I'm going to have to get one of those. It is perfect for a lot of places that I need light to work in those dark data cabinets.

 

you would be very satisfied with one, with out the sleeve on it it light up a whole room, oh and try not to look directly into the led while its on
