Default New And Have A Few Questions

right now i have an 02 ram 1500, 4.7 and am currently on dodge forum. im buying a 5.9 06 or 07 early to mid next year. i originally wanted to buy new, but have realized the 5.9 is a much better way to go. just wanted to hear any advice from you guys ahead of time so i know a good amount of stuff when it comes to buying my new truck. i plan on buying smarty chip, along with a CAI and grand rock stacks with a muffler delete. also plan on building the trans a little bit. just wanted to hear any advice or input and any other thing you guys can present. thanks.

welcome to Bombers
if your dead set on an auto matic ok, but i would advise the 6 spd just a clutch and you'll be fine to like 5-600 ponies unless your plannin on draggin it alot then go with the auto.
