Default 97 Fuel Filter Relocate Kit ?

Hi , Thanks for the welcome & this place is amazing with info . I seen a fuel filter kit on a truck that relocated the filter on top of the fender well ( ALOT easier to change ) . I was thinking of making something , but would rather buy a kit . I would like to end up with a filter that didn't cost $30 at advance auto like my stock fuel filter does . Can anybody point me in the right direction ?
thanks , Rodger Myers

PRIME-LOC - FUEL FILTER RELOCATION KIT ('97-'98 DODGE)-Dodge Cummins and Ford Power Stroke Diesel Truck Accessories - Geno's Garage
PRIME-LOC - FUEL FILTER RELOCATION KIT ('97-'98 DODGE)

Item Number : PL-9798

Unit Price: $174.95

Detailed Description
What are your thoughts about the fuel filter changing process on the ‘94-‘98 (12-valve) trucks? We can hear your mumbles, grumbles and obscenities from here.

The current placement of the fuel filter makes it difficult, if not impossible, to remove the old filter without fuel spilling all over you, your work space, and the frame of the truck. With the Prime-Loc, we provide the hardware to relocate the filter, making it much easier, quicker and cleaner to change the filter without the risk of losing fuel prime.

Note: Requires the use of a spin-on filter (FS1253 Fleetguard filter), and the replacement of the water-in-fuel sensor (3831852S)

Yes it is fun now....LOL
Lay on the creeper, slide in front of the left rear wheel, place the drain pan on the floor and twist them off and replace them....

Oh Thats right, you mean the stock filter assembly...LOL
Mine has been gone so long I almost forgot about those days of hanging and twisting like Gumby to change the fuel filter. Its the one thing I do not miss about service time now.You have to love aftermarket fuel systems......Andy

If you still have the remote filter for sale. I'm interested. Will it fit a 97?
Thx.
