I have a 2002 Dodge with a 24 valve Cummins. When you turn the steering wheel. the brake petal goes down and it locks the breaks. What could be causing this. It has a new power steering pump, new master cylinder, and new hydrostatic pump. It just started doing this so that is why the parts were changed out.
