I just bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins. I had to replace the PCM because the old one was fried. My problem now is I have a message on the instrument cluster "noFuse", and the IOD fuse keeps blowing. I have disconnected the radio, instrument cluster, headlight switch, cigarette lighter and aux power port, seat heater switches, HVAC control module, overhead console bulbs, dome light, both towing mirrors, mirror adjustment switch, and the window/door lock switches from both front doors. I do not have a glove box lamp or an underhood lamp. It keeps blowing the fuse instantly. Are there any other circuts that the IOD feeds? Anyone have any suggestions or wiring diagrams?

I have a 07 5.9 4x4 6 speed manual tranny that has a similar problem . I think I've found my problem , but , electrical issues are not my forte . I had battery acid that got in my battery tray (drivers side) last week , I thought I had washed it off before any damage . Boy was I wrong , I thought the harness by the door was fried but it was not damaged , but , after removing my TIPM and separating itt order to inspect the PC board ( or should I say ) inspect what was left of a fried board , I'll be lucky if that's all that's going to need to be replaced .. It doesn't cost anything to take a look at it and clean the connections anyways . I hope that is helpful
