My wipers stay on when the key is on and will not turn off even after unpluging the multifunction switch. My blinkers, brights and exhaust brake button does not work either. Can you please help me fix my truck?

The blinkers and exhaust button is related because sometime the blinker come back and then the brake button comes back as well.
