Default Have a problem maybe someone can help

My computer seems not to be reading my sct turner I had to raise the cab and change the discharge tube I know I didn’t have to raise the cab to do that but it was a lot easier but now the problem is that it want crank
2004 f250 6.0

I would say check all the electrical connections first. Maybe something didn't quite get plugged back in. All those connections are 16 years old, did a pin come out, or break off? Good luck, now its a matter of chasing wires.
