I have a 1997 2500 12v. It has 5x12 Injectors, 191 delivery valves, 4k GSK, and all the p7100 pump mods. My problem may lie in the oversized injectors or possibly not tuning the pump just right, but this truck just pukes smoke. Should I readjust the pump or maybe try advancing the timing. Like the title says I'm stumped. Thanks in advance.

 

Is the smoke at all throttle or at take off only? Any turbo cold air intake mods?

 

Hazes bad at idol. But from the time you take off until you let off completely it just boils black smoke. And only air mode is bhaf

 

You have a set of gauges? Egt and boost at least? Have you done a boost elbow to block the waste gate and get more boost built up? With adding fuel to need to add air also to keep the smoke and egt down
