So working on this truck the company has it’s a 1998 Intl 4700. Originally had no gauges so new cluster was ordered and installed now have gauges but no speedo or tach. Checked speed sensors and checked voltage to cluster. Trying to see if any one else has any ideas tried consoling in with the scanner to check data links and self test but can get any communication to the ecm.
