Hello, Im a diesel "newbie". I just brome my cherry on a 2002 dodge 2500 cummins 5 speed ive had it for 2 days and i love it. Im not used to driving a manual that has such a short first gear. But im learning. Now on to the "problem" i may have. So first thing in The morning the truck seems to shift smother into 1st and reverse but as the day progresses it seems harder to get it in...........haha. Wish i had that problem. But i digress there is no grinding. The clutch doesnt feel spongey. if i pump the clutch it doesnt help (fast or slow). Other times it shifts right in like no problem. Any ideas fellas or am i just not used to the truck.
