if im not mistaken he shouda put some white lithium grease or oil on the cam before he put it in? thats what i was always thought, is it the same on diesel?

Usually put the "break in" grease on the cam - definitely couldnt hurt.

I don't even wear white let alone work in white. I can watch someone work and get dirty

Did the pin come through the cover or did it crack the case?
