1996 Cummins if I shut my truck off for 2 minutes get in it put it in reverse or drive it starts to sputter and if I allow it to it will eventually die. Neutral and park is fine idles around 1000 rpms. This happened after I installed 7mm dvs from power driven diesel. It clears up as soon as it runs for a few minutes.. 7mm delivery valves installed and new fuel filter were installed day before this issue started happening
