No start

06 6.0 litre. Not getting oil to filter. Replaced front cover, low pressure gears, and front pump cover. All were bad. Changed oil. Still not getting oil to filter. Don't know what else to check. Suggestions?

Pick up tube in oil pan fall off? Can you get a borescope and check?
