Default 2003 5.9 running hot

Hey guys, I have a 2003 5.9 that is running hotter than it use to. Running down the highway at 70-75 It gets to around 215-220 degrees unloaded. I’ve put a new thermostat, and fan clutch and there is no change in temp. I changed the antifreeze in the past 20,000 miles. The truck is stock and use to run around 200 no matter what. What else am I missing? I’ve checked the coolant and it is not leaking coolant either. Do y’all have any suggestions?

Radiator and condenser are clean. Can you think of anything else?

the other thing you could do is pull your rad and take to a rad shop and get checked out
