Default 6.4l loses power when towing

Hello

I have a 08 f350. It has a darkknight tune , with dpf delete completed, egr work done through the reprogramming of the truck last year. no problems previously towing before a couple of months ago. I have an issue when towing my 5th wheel trailer lately which is about 13,000lbs. I replaced my intercooler at beginning of summer, K&N Filter. Without the trailer I have no power issues at all at any speed and when I it the pedal it goes full turbo. With the trailer after about 10 miles I lose all power on the highway. The turbos will not go above 20 psi when this happens. If I pull over and turn truck off for 5 minutes and start to go the same cycle occurs after 10 miles. There are no drivetrain or any other codes thrown.
i will be replacing the low pressure fuel, IAT@ and MAP sensor hopefully this weekend. Any other ideas

Have you had the truck read by someone with a scanner with Ford Powerstroke enhanced features?
Examples include IDS, AutoEnginuity, FORscan, etc...

if if you’re reading the truck with a generic scanner, you won’t see all possible codes.

Well, it depends on the weight but as mentioned in the thread the weight it not too much, maybe something issue in programming, we also are using f350 truck as a Manhattan 24 Hour Towing but they are working well we didn't face any type of issue in towing yet.

Anybody ever get an answer to this? I'm havIng the same problem. 6.4 powerstroke. Egr and dpf is deleted and has been for 5 years. Just started doing this a year ago and have never been able to figure it out. Works great towing tell around 10 miles on the freeway then won't boost over 22. Once you come to a complete stop it starts boosting again for awhile then quits.
I have seen others have the same issues on these forums but not one single person have said what the issue ended up being?
thanks!

Finally gave in and took it to a shop today to have a live scanner put on it. They said it's throwing no codes and the turbos are in proper working order. He said he's never seen anything like it.
Once again I'm at a loss.
We changed the ebp sensor because I heard this on other forums presenting a problem and no change.
