Heater bogging down the engine

Sorry if this is a duplicate, Here's the issue, I turned my heater on the the other day and my engine bogged down until I turned it off. No codes or lights. Thanks in advance.

Is it on heater or defrost? Most modern vehicles run the A/C compressor when the defrost is on. That might be the load your hearing.
