Question 6.5 IP Timing issues

1994 Suburban with 6.5, IP was replaced by shop that did not set IP timing, after setting IP with GMtd scan i get 3 error codes 18, Pump can reference error,35 Injection Pump width error and 54 PCM fuel circuit error. Desired timing at 10.9, Actual Injection timing is 14 and Top Dead Center offset is -0.62. set after it reached 180 degrees, It runs very poorly loads up, if you rev itr up a few times after it reaches temp it will set check engine light and run real well. any ideas would be appreciated. It starts well and has a goodwrench engine now. don't know when it was installed.

I would explain that to the shop that did the job & see what they tell you.

No good, it was over a year ago, He is incapable of making it right, maybe a small claims case when It is fixed right.
