So I'm huge in Jeeps but also Diesels as well. My daily in how I got into diesels. It's a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD. I'm done a turbo, thermostat and eco-tune upgrade on it, getting around 30 ~ 31mpg highway and runs like a top. This Jeep is my hauler, I have a super short 12.5" trailer, but it pulls like a dream, and still gets 21 ~ 23mpg while doing it!
2006 TJ Wrangler RHD. Currently it's all stock with the 4.0L, runs great, sucks on gas, so I'm doing a Kubota V1903 engine swap in it. I'm got a build/conversion thread started on here!
And finally my dream off-road Jeep is my 1947 CJ-2A that is pictures below. I've been working on this since 2016 with no direction other than putting a Kubota Diesel in it. Finally figured out a direction I'm taking with it, it's going to be a unique Jeep but it's going to be exactly what I wanted! I'm going to start a thread on it soon, but the short version is a TJ Frame, Suspension and Axles, V2203 Kubota Engine, AW4 Automatic, NP231-J transfer case, *****'s MB Grill, CJ-3A Windshield and a stretched CJ-2A body on 33" tires. It's going to be a crazy build.
Looking forward to hanging out, seeing other peoples build and getting my projects done!
