I bypassed the pick up pump at the fuse box and cracked the top of my fuel filter. No fuel is coming out, does this mean the fuel pick up pump is bad? There is fuel in the canister, will not crank due to air in the line. This is in a 1996 Chevy 6.5.

Lift pump is working, oil pressure switch is new, injection pump is new. No fuel is coming out of injection pump, fuel coming out of t valve, and canister, but no fuel coming out of pump?? Thanks for your last response.
