Hard Steering @ low RPM
Good evening,
My 06 cummins has recently developed a hard steering issue when stopped or operating at low rpms. I replaced the power steering pump in November 2016. I have researched this to great length without finding a good answer. So, my question is: does this sound like a steering box going bad or a pre-mature failure of the power steering pump (or something else)? I appreciate any advice.
