5.9 03 Coolant leak Cummins

2003 5.9 Cummins has a coolant leak from a metal line that comes from the transmission oil cooler and runs across the top of the transmission and connects to the metal lines that goes to the heater core and water pump. i need to know a part number for the line or a place to get it. thanks
