Having issue with my 2002 F250 7.3, starts up and idel is fine, but when it's warm and you put in in gear it dies. It began a few weeks ago it started cutting out going down the road after getting fuel, but now it has resorted to dieing when you put in gear and then doesn't always want to restart until it's cooled down. Since these problems have started I have took all the fuel out and put in new plus fuel filter, changed cps, changed ipc, changed ipr sensor, changed electric lift fuel pump, changed IDM module. Nothing has helped this issue, on top of it all its not giving me any codes. Any suggestions?

 

Hey man, have you checked the PCM Relay? I know this has been an issue before with a few customers who brought their rigs into us. It's an odd issue and hard to diagnose but the relay has been the culprit on most that we've fixed.
