Default Acceptable Blow By?

I am posting a video of my newly acquired 1999 Dodge Ram 2500. There seems to be some blow-by coming out of the vent tube. Nothing comes out of the dipstick or the oil cap. New to these trucks, and I am concerned with this. Could anyone please tell me if this is acceptable or normal on these trucks? I understand the crankcase has got to vent, but didn't think it would be seen this much. Engine has low miles (around 130k)

That's nothing to worry about. You should see the blow by on the old ford IDI diesels, looks like an engine fire.
