no start when keyed all the way
Hello I have a 2004 march build F350 6.0. You guys have helped in the past and I am hoping once again.
Truck is running great and yesterday after getting home, went to go to store. Turn key, wait for glow plug light to out. Turn to engage starter and nothing. Tried a couple of more times nothing. Fooled around shifting to neutral and park, nothing. All lights come on as usual, I can hear the injectors cycling, all usual sounds. But when the key turned to crank , nothing but a click by the fuse box.
Batteries both brand. Checked for loose wires at starter they looked good. I was able to jump it with the yellow blue wire on the passenger side by the battery. Runs great no error codes. But when driving it won't go out of third gear, no overdrive. Also a little hard shift into reverse. The temp sensor also reads low, which is alway about 2 o'clock.
Very similar to when I had my TFT sensor replaced and wire harness. Just two to three moths ago. I am wondering if it is perhaps the harness. Does the harness connect to a reverse sensor? Which would not allow it to start. I am wondering if they even did the harness. Sad but really can't trust some people these days. When I had the error code for The TFT the tow haul light also flashed.
I started checking the fuses and noticed two things. First the brake pressure, speed control looked a little suspect close to the pin.Hard to see but might be ever so cracked. Its hard to tell but I am going to replace it. I have noticed for a while that when I push on the brake to shift to drive it wouldn't shift. I would have to pump it once or twice, then it would allow me to shift to drive. I am wondering if this suspect fuse might be the cause. Going to replace.
Then while looking through the other fuses related to ignition. # 45 says ignition start feed and there was no fuse. Sometimes they say not used, this did not. When not used the panel does not even have female holes to receive a fuse. This one #45 Cleary has two female slots to receive a fuse. I looked around and so no fuse on the floor or anywhere. Not sure where it went or if it was even there. Going to place amp called for and try later.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Wanted to post the results. I tried everything I found in some other threads. Finally took it to the dealer. Called back in two days stating it was my TCM. Said it must be a glitch inside of it. 1500 out the door. Said the TCM alone was a 1000
Went to check on part cost and when I googled TCM found a new post I never saw where two other 6.0's had the same issues and same symptoms. The first post stated he removed the fuse bank a disconnected all the back harnesses and then reconnected . Truck fired right up. The second post followed suit and also used electrical cleaner. Truck fired right up.
I pulled my fuse bank and all harnesses, used electrical cleaner and even dabbed all connectors with dielectric grease. I went under the hood to do the same to the TCM connections. I noticed the middle connector may have been ever so slightly out. These connection have a latch type. When you pull back it pulls out of the connection. When you push it forward it pushes it back in. This alone may have been the problem. Cleaned them with electrical cleaner a little more dielectric grease. Truck fired right up, runner better than ever.
I would recommend all 6.0's do this as a preventative measure . They are all getting old and I'm sure have some corrosion. Do wait till it wont start or worse. It take about thirty minutes and 10 dollars for electric cleaner and grease. These truck rely heavily on voltage.
