I have a 1995 Chevy 3500 2 wheel drive that i would really love to have a 5 speed in any one out there done this conversion and where would i find the parts

 

Best way is to find a donor truck to get all the parts from. I've done it on a couple gasser trucks.

4l80e is a little longer than the nv4500, so the cross member needs moved. Beyond that you'll need the correct length drive shaft, clutch and brake pedal, slave and master cylinders. Don't forget the pilot bearing/bushing.

If you want it to look factory then add a steering column and dash cluster.
